Directions for use - BCAA 4.1.1

Mix a 10g serving (i.e. 1 scoop) with approximately 300ml of water on training days, before, during or after.

To be most effective, we recommend dividing the intake in half, consuming 5g before and 5g after training, with the aim of maximizing your performance and accelerating muscle recovery.

Studies have shown that exceeding 15 grams of BCAAs per day does not provide additional benefits. Therefore, it is important to adhere to this recommended dosage range to ensure optimal and safe use of our BCAAs.

Made in a facility that uses: cereals containing gluten (wheat, oats, barley), eggs, fish, soy, milk and celery.

Store in its original packaging away from heat and humidity

Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
