SQUAD NUTRITION, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €5,000, whose registered office is located at 3 AVENUE MARX DORMOY 03100 MONTLUÇON, registered with the Montluçon Trade and Companies Register under number 930 926 779 , (hereinafter referred to as “Squad Nutrition ” or “we”) acting as data controller, kindly requests that you read its Privacy Policy.
Squad Nutrition , via its website (www.squad-nutrition.fr), implements the collection and processing of certain personal data relating to its users (hereinafter “you” or “the user”). Personal data corresponds to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as “data subject”), directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier (such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier) or to one or more specific elements (such as their physical, economic, cultural or social identity).

6. Duration of storage of personal data
We keep your personal data in our database for the strict period necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing concerned, in accordance with the regulations in force. Indeed, the retention period varies depending on the purpose of the processing.
Your data is then archived with restricted access for an additional period, for limited reasons authorized by law (payment, disputes, National CEE Center). After this period, it is deleted.

As part of our Telephone Assistance Services, our telephone exchange is kept for 3 months from the recording and then deleted;
In the event of the conclusion of a contract or an order, within the framework of our Services or otherwise: data relating to your commercial correspondence, or your customer files, are kept for the entire period of the contractual relationship and for a maximum period of 5 years from the end of the contract. Furthermore, this data is kept in intermediate archives for a period corresponding to the possible guarantee to which is added the applicable legal limitation period (5 years in most cases);
In the event that Squad Nutrition fulfills a legal obligation, your data is processed for the duration necessary to fulfill this obligation and as provided for by law: thus, documents and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as accounting proof.

The information and personal data collected via cookies are kept for a maximum period of 13 months from the date they are installed. We will respond to your request by email as soon as possible and at most within one month of receipt of the request (subject to longer deadlines provided for by the GDPR, in particular in the event that your request is complex or if the number of requests being processed is high).
