Questions about orders?

1. Is it possible to modify or cancel an order already placed?

Of course, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. However, if your order has already been shipped, you have two options:

- Refuse delivery when the package is presented to you.

- Return the package to us once you have received it.

In either case, we invite you to contact us to inform us of your decision and provide us with the necessary details to facilitate the return process. We are here to assist you and will ensure that any situation related to your order is resolved quickly.

2. How to track your order online?

When you place an order with Squad Nutrition, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to easily track the status of your order.

To do this, simply check this email to find the tracking number. Once you have the number, you can use it on our website or the carrier's website to track your order.

At Squad Nutrition, we understand the importance of knowing where your order is and we make sure to provide you with the necessary information so you can track it in real time.

3. What are the payment methods?

We've partnered with Shopify Payment, our secure payment partner, to make it easy, fast, and secure for you to pay for your purchases on our site.

With Shopify Payment, you can use your VISA, Mastercard, and Paypal bank cards to make payments with complete confidence.

1. What are the delivery methods?

At Squad Nutrition, we offer several convenient and flexible delivery options:

Home delivery : receive your products directly to your home, with ease.

Delivery to a relay point : choose Mondial Relay and collect your package from the nearest relay point.

Click & Collect : Pick up your order from one of our ON AIR Fitness partner gyms at a time that suits you.

2. What are the delivery costs?

Depending on the delivery option you choose, fees may vary.

If you choose click & collect at our ON AIR Fitness gyms, the fees are waived, regardless of the amount of your order.

However, if you prefer home delivery, you will be charged a delivery fee. The fee will only be waived if your order is worth €80 or more.

3. What are the delivery times?

Save time with Click & Collect: your order is ready in store in just 1 hour!

Have you chosen home delivery? No worries: your package arrives on average within 2 days with DPD Predict or Mondial Relay.

A little reminder: all orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day. So don't wait, take advantage of our fast service to receive your products without delay!

4. How to collect your package in store?

To collect your precious package, make sure you have your ID and the confirmation email containing your order number. Simple, right?!

Please note that you have a maximum of 7 days to collect your order. After this period, the order will be canceled.

We therefore recommend that you come and collect your package within the specified timeframe to avoid any cancellations.

5. Can someone other than me come and collect my package?

If something unexpected happens and you can't come to collect your package within the allotted time, don't worry!

Another person can do this for you, provided they have the following supporting documents:

The identity document of the person whose name appears on the package.

The order confirmation email containing the package number.

How do returns work?

1. What is the return policy?

In accordance with our general terms and conditions, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order. During this period, you can choose to keep the package or return it.

It is important to note that the product must be returned in its original condition. If this is not the case, the return will be refused and no refund will be issued.

Please make sure to follow these instructions to ensure the return goes smoothly and you receive a refund.

2. What are the reimbursement deadlines?

Once your package has been returned and received by our team, it will take 7 to 10 working days to process and refund your order.

We do our best to speed up this process, but it is important to take into account the time required for verification of the condition of returned products and administrative processing.

3. How to return a package?

When you wish to return one or more products, it is essential that they are in their original condition, i.e. unopened, complete and in perfect condition.

We recommend that you keep the original packaging to facilitate the return. Any damaged, used, or incomplete product will not be accepted for return and refund.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality of returned products. Therefore, we ask that you take care of your items and follow these guidelines to ensure your return is processed efficiently.

4. Are there any fees to be expected?

If you return your products in accordance with our return policy (withdrawal, unopened product, etc.), the return costs are entirely our responsibility.
