Return and Refund Policy
At Squad Nutrition, we want to provide you with the best possible experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item to us in accordance with this policy.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. If this period has expired, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
Certain types of products, such as perishable or personalized items, are not eligible for returns. For more details, contact our customer service at contact@squad-nutrition.fr .
Return procedure
In order to process your return, we ask that you provide us with proof of purchase (invoice, receipt). Returns must be sent to the following address:

Exceptions and special cases
Partial refunds may be applied in certain situations:
- If an item is returned in a condition other than its original condition (damaged, worn, or with missing parts not related to an error on our part).
- If the item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Delays or lack of reimbursement
If you have not yet received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card issuer as there may be a processing delay before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank.

Sale or promotional items
Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded. Only items purchased at the regular price are refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@squad-nutrition.fr .
Gifts
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the return value. If the item was not a direct gift, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable unless we made an error. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted.
For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
