- Mix 120g (5 scoops) with more than 400ml of water or milk
It can be consumed at certain times of the day, but we recommend consuming it at least 1.5 hours before training to avoid bloating due to poor digestion and to give the body the energy it needs before a session. Or, just after training to limit muscle catabolism, optimize recovery and replenish glycogen reserves.
It is also possible to take it before going to sleep , if it is difficult to eat enough during the day. Avoid if you have problems with digestion and/or falling asleep.
We advise people who have difficulty finishing it in one go to divide the recommended daily dose of 120g into several doses, to better absorb the nutrients, but also to relieve the digestive system.
