When to take our vanilla gainer?

Vanilla Gainer can be consumed at key times of the day, including breakfast, as a snack around 10 a.m. or 4 p.m., and within an hour after training. On training days, it may be beneficial to take one serving (45g) with breakfast, especially if your first meal of the day is light, followed by a serving within an hour after training to promote muscle recovery.

On rest days, you can also spread your intake by taking one serving at breakfast or 10 a.m., and another at 4 p.m. This distribution helps maintain a consistent intake of calories and nutrients throughout the day, supporting your muscle-building goals.

It's important to note that this distribution helps prevent peaks in consumption while promoting efficient use of the Vanilla Gainer's nutrients. However, the precise adjustment of the distribution depends on your personal needs and overall diet.

How much vanilla gainer should I take per day?

Each scoop of our vanilla gainer contains 45g of powder. We recommend a daily dose of 90g of gainer (or two scoops) to meet your additional calorie and macronutrient needs for muscle mass gain.

However, if your goal is to maximize muscle mass gain and your activity level is high, you may consider increasing your intake to three doses per day, spreading them out judiciously.

On the other hand, if you're looking for a more moderate mass gain or are new to gainers, you may want to opt for one serving per day. This can be especially helpful if your breakfast is already large and you want to avoid excessive calorie overload.


How to take our vanilla gainer?

We recommend mixing one scoop of Vanilla Gainer in a shaker with water or milk, depending on your personal preference. This flexibility allows you to customize the flavor and consistency to your liking.

To achieve a smooth and flavorful mix, add a 90g serving of gainer to approximately 400 to 500 ml of liquid. This amount of water or milk ensures optimal consistency, but feel free to adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your preferred consistency.
