Directions for use - Pre Workout - Fighting Juice
When and how to take your pre-workout?
Generally, pre-workout should be consumed 20 to 30 minutes before training to allow for optimal absorption of the active ingredients. It is important to adhere to the recommended dosage to avoid any unwanted side effects. It is also recommended not to take pre-workout late in the evening as the stimulant ingredients can affect sleep. To maximize the effects of pre-workout, it is recommended to take the product with water or a sports drink. Avoid taking it with solid food as this can slow absorption.
How much pre-workout should I consume?
We recommend consuming a 25ml dose of our pre-workout Fight Juice 20 to 30 minutes before your workout.
If your training session is long (more than 1h30) we recommend dividing your consumption as follows: a dose of 12.5 ml (half of an ampoule) 30 to 20 min before your session and 12.5 ml during your session.
Precautions for use
Shake the bottle before use.
Store the product between 5 and 30 degrees, away from humidity, sunlight and direct heat.
Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
