Our tips for getting the most out of our Pre-Workout Power:
- Take it at the right time : For optimal effect, consume a 15g serving (1 scoop) approximately 20 to 30 minutes before training. This is the time needed for the ingredients to reach their peak concentration in the blood.
- For intense sessions: This pre-workout is ideal for days when you're aiming for a high volume of training, whether for strength, hypertrophy or high-intensity circuit sessions.
- Not too late in the day: The caffeine in the formula is the maximum amount allowed. It can affect sleep quality if used after 5 p.m., and therefore muscle recovery. It is best used for morning or early afternoon sessions.
- Proper hydration : Beta-alanine and taurine may cause mild tingling in some people. This is completely normal and proves that the ingredients are working. Make sure to stay well hydrated throughout the day, especially during your workout, to reap the maximum benefits.
How to use it:
Mix one 15g dose (1 scoop) with 200ml of water, approximately 20 to 30 minutes before your session. This time allows the ingredients to reach their peak concentration in the bloodstream, for maximum effectiveness.
This pre-workout isn't just for strength training. It can be used before intense cardio sessions, CrossFit WODs, or endurance training to benefit from its long-lasting effects on energy and focus.
Important note: Avoid consuming the product after 5 p.m., as caffeine may affect the quality of your sleep.
The powder may clump slightly, but this does not affect its quality: mix well before use.
