When and how to consume a pre-workout shot?

For optimal results, we recommend consuming one pre-workout shot (25 ml) approximately 20 to 30 minutes before the start of your workout.

If you're planning a really long and intense session, lasting more than an hour and a half, here's our tip. You can split the dose in half, taking 12.5 ml of the shot (half) 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the session, then the rest during your session. This will allow you to maintain this boost throughout your workout and push yourself to the limit.


Precautions for use

Stir the shot before use.

Store the product between 5 and 30 degrees, away from humidity, sunlight and direct heat.

Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
