How much Iso Whey should I take per day?
Optimal whey protein intake depends on several factors, including your personal goals, activity level, and body weight. Generally, to support muscle building, the recommended amount of protein is about 2 grams per kilogram of body weight per day.
Depending on your needs, we recommend taking one to two doses of whey per day. One dose is equivalent to 30g of whey.
How to take our whey?
We recommend mixing a 30g serving of whey with 250-300mL of water. This method ensures a smooth, lump-free mixture and promotes rapid absorption by your body.
If the taste seems too intense, feel free to adjust the amount of water to your personal preference. You can add more water to mellow the flavor or less water if you prefer a more concentrated taste.
Precautions for use
Make sure to store our Iso Whey in a cool, dry place away from heat and light. This ensures the preservation of our product's quality, flavor, and nutritional properties.
Keep this product out of reach of children. Iso Whey is formulated for adults and should not be consumed by children. This avoids any potential risks associated with improper use.
