1. Is it good to consume pre-workout every day before each workout?

It's not recommended to take a pre-workout daily. Your body will likely get used to its effects quickly. 1 to 2 times per week is a good ratio, before a big, long session.

2. Is it mandatory to take a pre-workout before training?

No. It should be consumed wisely and when you truly feel the need. When you become tolerant to a pre-workout after using it too much, it stops giving you energy. Therefore, you shouldn't always rely on it. It's essential not to overuse it so that it remains effective.

3. Are the effects felt the same for everyone?

Not all pre-workouts work for everyone (absorption, different metabolism, etc.), some will have interesting and noticeable effects on their concentration, fatigue, performance, etc. and others for whom consuming pre-workout will do nothing for various reasons.

Moreover, daily use of this supplement can make the body insensitive.

4. Does it cause tingling?

Tingling, often felt in the face and other parts of the body, is a known side effect of beta-alanine, an amino acid found in our pre-workout formula.

6. What are the side effects of taking pre-workout?

Not everyone responds the same way to using a pre-workout before training.

When taken in accordance with the dosages, side effects are rare but can cause headaches, tingling, signs of nervousness, sleep disturbances, nausea or cramps in certain very sensitive people.

If you have any doubts, you can consume half a scoop the first time you use it, and gradually increase the dosage to see if you tolerate it well.
