1. When should you take your pre-workout shot?

To maximize benefits, it is recommended to consume the shot shortly before training (30min to 1h before) for rapid absorption and optimal performance.

However, if you train in the evening after 6 p.m., avoid consuming it because it contains caffeine, a stimulant ingredient that can affect the quality of your nights, and therefore your recovery.

2. Is it good to consume pre-workout every day before each workout?

It's not recommended to take a pre-workout daily. Your body will likely get used to its effects quickly. 1 to 2 times per week is a good ratio, before a big, long session.

3. Are the effects felt the same for everyone?

Not all pre-workouts work for everyone (absorption, different metabolism, etc.), some will have interesting effects on their concentration, fatigue, performance, etc. and others for whom consuming pre-workout will do nothing.
