Our protein brownie recipe
Ingredients
- 240 g of compote of your choice
- 110 g of flour of your choice
- 70 g of chocolate whey
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
- Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.
- In a salad bowl, mix the flour, chocolate whey , cocoa powder, yeast and powdered sugar.
- Add the compote and the egg to the mixture.
- Gently pour in the whipped egg whites.
- Pour the batter into a buttered mold and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
If you don't have any chocolate whey in your cupboards, you can always order some now!
