Consume 1 to 2 portions per day, preferably around training or as a snack to maintain a regular protein intake.
Can also be consumed on rest days to support muscle regeneration.
Consume as part of a varied and balanced diet. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
How much whey isolate should I consume per day?
The amount depends on individual protein needs, which vary according to weight, activity level, and goals. Generally, one to two servings per day is sufficient for most people.
It is good to know that a person needs to consume between 1.6 g of protein per kilo of body weight for the most sedentary and 2.5 g for athletes.
It should also be consumed on rest days, as the body needs protein to support its vital functions.
When should you consume your whey protein?
-
At breakfast: in recipes ( bowl cake , pancakes , rice pudding...)
- After training: consuming your shake right after your workout can help optimize muscle recovery and provide your muscles with the essential nutrients they need to repair themselves.
- As a snack: at any time of day, between meals, to ensure a constant protein intake and limit muscle catabolism
We recommend consuming your whey with a source of carbohydrates, in order to optimize the assimilation of amino acids and promote muscle recovery.
Is it good to consume whey every day?
There's no harm in consuming whey protein daily if you don't have digestive issues. However, it's important to ensure it's not your sole source of protein. Ideally, you should consume as much solid protein as possible, but whey is a less expensive, more convenient, and quicker solution in the long run.
