It's the perfect balance between pleasure and a healthy dessert, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while maintaining a balanced diet. To make this healthy king cake, here's what you need:

  • 2 wholemeal puff pastries : A choice of wholemeal puff pastry for more fiber and nutrients, it's much better than classic pastry, and it helps avoid blood sugar spikes!

1. Prepare the filling

In a large bowl, start by combining the agave syrup, unsweetened compotes, and 2 eggs. Mix well until smooth. Then add the almond flour and mix again to obtain a smooth cream. This base is the key to the creamy and flavorful texture of your galette.

2. Prepare the dough

Roll out the first sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure it is smooth and does not extend beyond the edges of the sheet.
